Plain English. No tracking surprises. Here's what we collect when you book a stay, what we do with it, and what we never do.

Who we are

Tend is the brand name of Boost AZ Ventures LLC, an Arizona limited liability company operating a luxury short-term rental management business in Arizona. This policy covers book.tendhospitality.com, our direct booking site. Reach a real person at hello@tendhospitality.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us in order to take and prepare your stay:

— When you inquire or book: your name, email, phone number, the dates and property you're interested in, your guest count, and any notes or questions you send us.

— When you complete a reservation: the booking details needed to confirm and prepare your stay.

We also receive standard server log information (IP address, browser type, referring page) automatically when you load a page. This is normal hosting activity and isn't used to build a profile of you.

What we don't collect or store

We don't store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by Hostaway and its payment processor under their own security and privacy terms — your payment information goes to them, not to us. We don't ask for social security numbers or government ID numbers through this site.

How we use your information

— To respond to your inquiry and confirm your reservation.

— To prepare your home before you arrive and to reach you during your stay if needed.

— To provide guest support and send booking-related messages like confirmations, arrival details, and follow-ups.

— To run and improve the booking site itself.

We don't use your information for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information to anyone, ever — no data brokers, no advertisers. We share data only with the operational partners needed to deliver your stay:

— Hostaway, our booking and property-management platform and its payment processor, which handle reservations and payments.

— The property's owner and on-site service partners, only as needed to prepare and service the home for your stay.

Cookies

We use minimal, functional browser storage — only what's needed for the booking site to work. We don't run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and inquiry records as long as needed to provide your stay and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to records we're legally required to keep.

Your rights

Email hello@tendhospitality.com any time to see what we have, correct it, delete it (subject to legal retention), or opt out of non-essential communication. Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws have specific rights we honor on request; EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR and UK-GDPR, which we extend as a matter of policy.

Security

Information is transmitted over HTTPS. We rely on Hostaway's and our hosting providers' security infrastructure for the data we hand off to them. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reputable vendors and limit what we hold.

Children

Our homes are booked by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change anything material, we'll update the effective date above. The current version always lives on this page.
