Terms and Conditions

These terms cover booking a stay through book.tendhospitality.com. By making an inquiry or a reservation, you agree to them.

Who we are

Tend is the brand name of Boost AZ Ventures LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," "Tend"). We manage and book a collection of luxury short-term rental homes in Arizona on behalf of their owners.

What this site is for

This site lets you browse and book homes Tend manages. Reservations are taken and payments are processed through Hostaway, our booking platform, and its payment processor. When you book, you're entering a reservation for a specific home, subject to these terms, that home's house rules, and the cancellation policy shown to you at the time of booking.

Bookings and payment

— Prices, fees, taxes, and availability are shown during booking and can change until a reservation is confirmed.

— Payment is processed securely by Hostaway's payment processor. Your reservation is confirmed when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation.

— You're responsible for providing accurate guest information and for everyone in your party following the home's rules.

Cancellations and changes

The cancellation and refund policy that applies to your reservation is the one displayed at the time you book — it can vary by home and by rate. Please review it before you confirm. For changes or questions, contact us at hello@tendhospitality.com and we'll help where we can.

House rules and guest conduct

Each home has house rules — occupancy limits, quiet hours, pet and event policies, parking, and similar — provided with your booking and posted in the home. You agree that you and your guests will follow them. No parties or events unless approved in advance in writing. Registered guests only. Exterior cameras, where present, face only entry and driveway areas and never interior or private spaces.

Damage and care of the home

We care for these homes like our own and ask guests to do the same. You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear caused during your stay. Any security deposit, damage waiver, or verification requirement will be disclosed at booking.

Accuracy of listings

We work to keep photos, descriptions, amenities, availability, and pricing accurate, but details can change. Confirm anything you're relying on for a significant decision with us before you book.

Acceptable use of this site

Don't scrape or copy the site's content for commercial use, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

Content and intellectual property

The site's copy, photography, design, and the "Tend" wordmark are owned by Boost AZ Ventures LLC or used with the permission of the property owners we represent, and may not be redistributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Arizona law, Boost AZ Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, and nothing here limits your rights under the terms of your confirmed reservation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that aren't resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use after we post changes means you accept the updated terms.
